楽曲利用条件について
これらの楽曲は、「Ash」が制作し公開・配布しています。
著作権は手放しておらず、JASRAC等の管理事業者に委託もしておりません。
ダウンロードおよびご利用の際には、このページに記載されている条件をお守りいただくようお願いいたします。
（音源の利用をもって、条件に同意いただいたものとみなします）
＜利用条件＞
「禁止事項」に該当しない限りで、下記の目的・範囲にてご利用いただけます。
- 映像、動画、配信、ドラマや朗読CDのBGM
- 店舗、イベントの空間用BGM
- 個人・法人、商用・非商用を問いません。
- 利用時のクレジット表記は任意です（表記していただけるとAshが喜びます）
- ダウンロード後、使用料が発生することはありません。
- 必要に応じて加工（フェードイン・アウト、ループ、カット、音量や音質の調整）いただけます。
＜禁止事項＞
「Ash」に無断で下記の行為を行うことを禁止します。
（禁止事項に該当する利用を確認した場合、利用停止要請または使用料の請求を行います）
- 楽曲をメインコンテンツとした動画・メディアでの利用
（例：作業用BGM動画、BGM用CD、1曲のみを使用したループアニメーション動画）
- 音源を直接利用したリミックスやアレンジ音源の公開や頒布（歌ってみた動画・DJイベント利用を除きます）
- 音源の再利用許諾、再配布、譲渡、貸与、転売
- YouTubeのコンテンツID等のフィンガープリント、JASRAC等の著作権管理事業者、TuneCore等の音楽配信事業者への楽曲の登録
- 楽曲の著作者を詐称する行為
- 生成系AI等のための訓練データへの楽曲利用
- 成人向けコンテンツ・メディアでの楽曲利用
- 宗教や政治に関わる内容を含んだメディアでの楽曲利用
- 法令違反や、犯罪を助長するような内容のメディアやイベントでの楽曲利用
- その他公序良俗に反する行為を助長するような内容のメディアやイベントでの楽曲利用
＜その他注意事項＞
- 楽曲の利用に関連して利用者が被った損害について、「Ash」は一切の賠償責任を負いません。
- 楽曲の公開・配布は予告なしに停止する場合があります（停止時までにダウンロードいただいた楽曲は引き続きご利用いただけます）
- この利用条件は予告なしに変更する場合があります。
- この利用条件は日本法の著作権法に準拠します。

The copyright is not waived, and the music is not managed by JASRAC or any other rights management agencies.

Terms of Use
As long as the use does not fall under any of the “Prohibited Uses” described below, you may use the music for the following purposes:
- BGM for movies, videos, streaming, CD dramas or audiobooks
- BGM for stores, shops, and event spaces
- Use by individuals or corporations, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes
- Giving credit is optional (though I would appreciate it)
- There are no usage fees other than at the time of purchase.
- You may edit the music as needed (fade in/out, loop, cut, adjust volume and sound quality)
Prohibited Uses
The following actions are prohibited without Ash’s permission.
(If any violations are found, I will request that you stop using the music or charge a usage fee.)
- Use in media where the main content is music
(ex. background music videos for work, background music CDs, looped animations using only one music)
- Releasing or distributing remixes or arrangements that directly use the music (excluding covers and DJ use)
- Re-licensing, redistribution, transfer, rental, and resale of the music
- Registering the music to YouTube’s Content ID and other similar services
- Registering the music to copyright management companies such as JASRAC and music distribution companies such as TuneCore
- Misrepresenting the author of the music
- Using the music in Training for generative AI
- Using the music in adult content or media
- Using the music in media that includes religious or political content
- Using the music in media or events that violate laws or regulations or encourage crime
- Using the music in media or events that promote offensive behavior
Other Notes
- Ash takes no responsibility for any damages caused by using the music.
- The music may be taken down without notice (previously downloaded music can still be used).
- These Terms of Use may change without notice.
- These Terms of Use are governed by Japanese copyright law.
